Buying online can be a leap of faith and I want you to feel confident about purchasing from Silversheep Jewelry. If you're unhappy, I will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receipt . Sorry, but I can't refund shipping! 


I take pride in my craftsmanship, but if a piece of Silversheep Jewelry breaks, I will also repair or replace it free of charge, but ask that you pay return shipping. 


One of a kind items are ready to ship in 1-2 business days, and made to order items will ship in no more than 2 weeks. Usually it will be much quicker (1-3 days), unless I am very backed up or waiting on a supply order. If you're concerned about the shipping lead time, message me and I can give you a more accurate estimate on how long your purchase will take to ship. 

Orders will be shipped via USPS with tracking. Priority shipping includes insurance. Please double check that you've entered your address correctly, since incorrect zip codes, etc can delay your package delivery. 

For international orders, recipient is responsible for any customs fees.

Rarely, post office/delivery SNAFUs can happen. Read below:

If your item was damaged in transit, please contact me within 15 days for a replacement. 

If your item was never delivered and tracking does not show it as delivered, please message me. Since in many cases mail is delayed rather than truly lost, I ask that you wait the USPS-prescribed 3 weeks before panicking, but feel free to message me in the meantime and we can keep an eye on the tracking progress together. After 3 weeks, I'll open a lost mail claim with USPS, and send you a replacement. I know it's frustrating to have to wait, but more often than not, packages do eventually find their way!

If tracking shows it as delivered, but you haven't seen it, first check with your neighbors  in case it was accidentally delivered to the wrong house and check with your post office in case it's still there. Please be advised that although tracking will sometimes say delivered to front porch/doorstep, the envelopes I use are small enough to fit in the mailbox. If none of the above methods prove successful, message me. I will file a missing package report with USPS, then after 3 weeks if it still hasn't shown up, I will gladly send a replacement. In order to discourage fraud, I do ask that in the event of this type of situation, you pay for insurance and signature confirmation on the replacement package. Thanks for understanding!
